Gigs cancelled as comic suffers pregnancy complications
Amy Schumer has been hospitalised because of complications with her pregnancy.
The comedian cancelled a couple of stand-up dates in Texas over her health problems, but reassured fans: ' I'm fine. Baby's fine.'
'But everyone who says the 2nd trimester is better is not telling the full story,' she wrote on Instagram. 'I've been even more ill this trimester. I have hyperemesis and it blows. Very lucky to be pregnant but this is some bullshit!'
Women who get hyperemesis suffer severe nausea, vomiting and dehydration.
The 37-year-old comedian's next tour date is in Newark, New Jersey, tomorrow.
