Full TOTP2 spoof

A previously unreleased episode of Brian Pern is to see the light of day in a new DVD release.

Simon Day and the team recorded a full half-hour spoof version of TOTP2 featuring the renowned Thotch rocker.

However, it has never been transmitted – although a few clips have been used in the broadcast programmes. And the TOTP2 parody is the tenth episode when the series is sold overseas.

The episode will be include on Brian Pern: The Complete Series 1-3 when it is released by Dazzler Media on April 4.

The released also includes outtakes, the original taster reel, highlights from the BBC web series and other deleted scenes.

Created by Rhys Thomas, the series has attracted a wealth of guest stars, including Nigel Havers, Rick Wakeman, Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer, Peter Gabriel, Noel Edmunds, and John Humphrys.
