Sophie Willan joins Never Mind The Buzzcocks

As Daisy May Cooper stands aside

Sophie Willan is to stand in for Daisy May Cooper as team captain on Never Mind The Buzzcocks.

But in other shows, the position will be taken by a rotating line-up of guest musicians including Beth Ditto and Courtney Love – who briefly dated opposing team captain Noel Fielding in the mid-2000s.

And Cooper, who recently gave birth to her third child, will return for a Christmas episode.
