Here’s a teaser for Dexter Procter: The Ten-Year-Old Doctor the new CBBC series from comedian, bestselling author and former doctor Adam Kay.
The show follows Dexter Procter (Cian Eagle-Service), a ten-year-old medical prodigy navigating the ups and downs of life as Britain’s youngest doctor.
The supporting cast includes Peter Serafinowicz as Dr Drake, Jameela Jamil as Miss Melon, Mike Wozniak as Mr Procter, Konnie Huq as Ms Saeed, and Sue Johnston as Granny Bet.
Kay said: ‘I’m so proud of this show and I can’t wait for everyone to see it. I think the brilliant cast and crew have created the holy grail: something that the entire family can cram onto the sofa to watch together. Although apologies to any parents who end up watching it 200 times over the festive period.’
Dexter Procter: The Ten-Year-Old Doctor is available on BBC iPlayer from Monday December 1, CBBC on Saturday December 6 and on BBC One over Christmas.
