Trailer for a new film about comedian Dave Thompson and his role in The Teletubbies

Here's a trailer for a documentary about comedian Dave Thompson's experience of playing Tinky Winky in The Teletubbies.

The feature-length film was shot, produced and directed by fellow comedian Joe Bor – and covers the odd controversy that the character was apparently gay, as well as Thompson getting fired from the job.

It is to be unveiled at the Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley, London, on Sunday lunchtime in an event that includes a Q&A with cast and director. Tickets are available here 

Bor has previously made documentaries about Britain's oldest comedy club in the same location – Downstairs At The Kings Head in North London – and comedian Tanyalee Davis.
