Working around broadcast guidelines

Alan Partridge is back … and turning to crowdfunding to help boost the budget.

The presenter will soon be back on the BBC with his mental health project How Are You? It’s Alan (Partridge).

And not only can his fans can help him by putting some cash into the project – they can get something in return.

That might seem to breach strict broadcasting guidelines, but he has a plan as he  explains here:
