First trailer for Black Ops

BBC One's new comedy-thriller

BBC One has revealed a first trailer for its new  comedy-thriller, Black Ops.

The six-part series revolves around Dom and Kay, two Police Community Support Officers who join the Met Police hoping to clean up their East London community. However, they quickly find themselves unwittingly thrust into the murky world of deep-cover infiltration.

It stars  Gbemisola Ikumelo – who also co-created it with Akemnji Ndifornyen – Hammed Animashaun  and Akemnji Ndifornyen.

Guest stars include  Joanna Scanlan,Robbie Gee, Felicity Montagu, Colin Hoult, Alex Macqueen, Emma Sidi, Tyger Drew-Honey, Kerry Howard  and Zoë Wanamaker.

It has just been announced that the show will launch on Friday  May 5 at 9.30pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
