Miles Jupp reads from Alice In Brexitland

Introducing The Cheshire Twat

Nigel Farage is reimagined as The Cheshire Twat in the satirical book Alice In Brexitland.

Now Miles Jupp has recorded an extract from the parody, written by Lucien Young, which introduces the reactionary feline character.

In the book, The Cheshire Twat – who has a bottomless pint of beer – tells Alice about British laws for British people and how 'they' have taken the Great out of Britain before singing a song about the good old days, 'where ruddy-faced fellows drove funny old cars and birds didn't mind a bloke slapping their arse.'

Alice In Brexitland has been published by Ebury and is available here.
