Lorna has been pretending to be other people for fun since she could dress herself, and her characters often spring from skewering how women are portrayed on screen. Mining the nostalgic world of TV, film and music tropes - everything from Twin Peaks and Love Actually to Sabrina Carpenter and Normal People - she invites audiences inside a world of daft, surreal and whimsical characters.
She is now bringing that world to venues across the UK for the first time. Now That’s What I Call Character is a collection of the best sketches from her critically-acclaimed live shows, plus some new characters too. Directed by Jonathan Oldfield.
