And Just Like That… How much their apartments would cost

(Clue: they're not cheap)

comedyWith And Just Like That… reuniting Sex And The City’s Carrie Miranda, and Charlotte, property experts have calculated how much their apartments would cost today.

And needless to say, it’s not cheap. You’ll pretty much have to be a multi-millionaire to match the lifestyle of magazine writer Carrie Bradshaw.

This is what the buyers at  GoodMove reckon each property would cost:

Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment: West Village

Carrie’s address was supposedly 245 East 73rd Street in the Upper East Side, but the apartment is actually located in the West Village of New York where the average home is worth just over £1.5million.

The exact property, a three-storey brownstone at 64 Perry Street, is valued at £11,232,230 –  or  £16,041 month if you’re looking to rent.

Charlotte York’s apartment: Upper East Side

Charlotte’s home is the most luxurious of the bunch.

The Park Avenue apartment, which she received as part of the divorce settlement from her first husband, Trey MacDougal, was actually filmed at 930 Park Avenue in the Upper East Side. The average home value in the area currently stands at just over £1million.

Miranda Hobbes’ apartment: Upper West Side

Being a successful lawyer has its perks, with Miranda  owning a pre-war apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Similar properties cost around £1,049,078.

Samantha Jones’ apartment: Meatpacking District

She’s not in the revival, but Samanth's most recent apartment is one-bedroom studio in the  trendy Meatpacking District,  likely to set you back £730,000.
