Strong demand for outdoor comedy festival

A Glasgow outdoor comedy festival is to stage a second event this summer following strong demand for the first. 

Laugh In The Park, which takes place at the bandstand in Queens Park in the city's Southside, added a second date – Sunday July 26 – after tickets for the original show, on Saturday July 11, sold quickly.

Both dates feature different line-ups and more than 1,800 people are expected across the two dates.

The July 26 event features Susie McCabe, Mark Nelson, Mark Jennings and others with tickets going on general  general sale this Friday.
