Angelos Epithemiou creator cast in First Day On Earth

Dan Skinner, the comedian behind Angelos Epithemiou, has been cast in Michaela Coel’s new series. 

Other than the character’s name, little is known of his role in the BBC and HBO drama  First Day On Earth.

I May Destroy You’s Coel writes and stars in the series as a  British-Ghanaian novelist who is on the run ‘from herself, her life, her partner, and that weird guy at her book talk’ and find herself back in Ghana.

As previously announced, the series also stars Thandiwe Newton, Maxine Peake, Danny Sapani, and Ncuti Gatwa. 

Twenty more names have now been added to the cast.
