Including Sara Pascoe, Ed Gamble and Flo & Joan
The Wells Comedy Festival has announced more acts for its tenth anniversary event in May.
Sara Pascoe, known for appearing on Taskmaster, Live at the Apollo and The Great British Sewing Bee, will perform new material at the festival, while Ed Gamble, who won Taskmaster, will also appear.
Comedy duo Flo & Joan are returning to the festival, along with Paul Foot, while political comedian Mark Thomas will try out new work.
Sam Nicoresti is bringing her Edinburgh Comedy Award-winning show Baby Doomer to Somerset, while Toussaint Douglass, brings his best newcomer-nominated Accessible Pigeon Material.
Stuart Laws, Ian Smith and Katie Norris are also among the acts announced.
The festival will include several gala performances, with all shows at Cedars Hall featuring British Sign Language interpretation. and one on May 24 raising money for Vision Action and Wells Foodstore.
