Gregor Fisher goes on his first tour
'Evening with...' shows to look back at his career
Scottish comedy star Gregor Fisher is to go on his first tour with an ‘evening with’ show.
The event will cover his career including Rab C. Nesbitt, Love Actually, Only Child and The Cockfields.
He said: ‘We’ll be talking about everything from adoption to acting, from The Baldy Man to Mr Bumble, from cocaine to Christmas movies – the cocaine’s a lie, by the way, but I’m trying to sell tickets.
’It’s not a grand performance, more of a friendly chat. There’ll be stories, laughs and maybe a few moments that make you think, ‘I did not know that about him.’
For the shows in March and April next year he will be joined on stage by long-time friend and director Nigel West.
