Historical comedy series now being filmed in London

Rob Brydon has joined the cast of historical comedy series My Lady Jane, about Britain’s shortest-serving monarch.

The comic will play Lord Dudley, one of Queen Elizabeth's leading statesmen who proclaimed Lady Jane Gray queen – for which he was subsequently sent to the Tower of London.

Also joining the show, being made for Amazon’s Prime Video channel, are Dominic Cooper as Lord Seymour,, Will Keen  as the Duke of Norfolk, Anna Chancellor as Lady Frances Grey, and Jim Broadbent  as the Duke of Leicester. 

The series is currently filming in London with Emily Bader in the title role.
