'Christmas booster' for online gigs

Virtual comedy club Live at The Covid Arms is to return as the lockdown-by-proxy continues to bite the live industry.

Kiri Pritchard-McLean has announced she will be returning to host the online club this Wednesday  with a bill featuring Lou Sanders, Nish Kumar, Helen Bauer, Priya Hall,  Mark Watson and musician Grace Petrie.

She said: ‘We all need a dose of joy at the moment so we're back with a Christmas booster of a show.’

The virtual nights,  have raised almost  £150,000 for the Trussell Trust food banks.

Wednesday’s show kicks off at 7pm, with tickets priced £2 minimum, or £10 for a front row ticket where the comics are able to chat to you. Tickets are available here.
