Triumph at children's awards

Sketch series Class Dismissed won a children’s Bafta award.

The CBBC show, set in the fictional Dockbridge High School, scooped the comedy category at a ceremony in London last night.

Cartoons of Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes won the animation category and Alhaji Fofana won the performer Bafta for his role in Screwball, an online comedy drama about two young people struggling through their first sexual encounter.

The ceremony was hosted by Doc Brown and presenters included Peter Andre, Matt Baker, Angellica Bell, Hugh Dennis and Pixie Lott.
