Fascinating Aïda announce a 2027 tour

Fascinating Aïda have announced a tour of more than 75 theatres next year.

The new show, Bawdacious!, follows their 40th anniversary tour, which kicked off in 2023 and played to more than 100,000 people.

Dillie Keane founded the satirical cabaret act in 1983 with Adèle Anderson joining the following year. The third member, Liza Pulman, has been with the group since 2004.

Keane, 74, said: ‘We are thrilled to be out on the road again – some fans wondered whether our 40th anniversary show  would be our last hurrah. But Adèle and I are only in our early ’70s, Liza is significantly younger, and these challenging times demand a creative response!

‘Plus, we find ourselves popular with the TikTok generation – one of the few good things social media has achieved is re-popularising the satirical song.

‘We were woke before it was a thing: we’ve been banging on about climate change for 30 years; Adèle made history in 2026 as the first transgender actress to play Bernadette in Priscilla Queen of the Desert, but FA fans know she’s been a trans hero for generations; and we’ve got a selection of new songs about weight-loss drugs, dating, and senior sexuality.

'Plus we’re debating whether to include our song about the abomination that is Donald Trump. You’ll have to come and see the show to find out!’

The trio also have a single – Let’s Fuck – scheduled for release on November 6.

On the tour they will be joined by Michael Roulston on piano, while Paul Foster will direct.

It kicks off following their previously announced run at London’s Southbank Centre in December and early January.
