Joe Lycett announces 2027-28 tour

And, yes, the title IS a long-winded pun...

Joe Lycett is going on tour in 2027 and 2028.

The comedian is continuing his tradition of using long-winded song-based puns for the title of his show, with its full name  being Do You Really Lycett? Is It, Is It Wicked? We're Lovin' It, Lovin' It, Lovin' It, We're Lovin' It Lycett.

Announcing it on Instagram, Lycett said: ‘V excited to say I’m going back on tour, my first one since 2022… OF COURSE. It’ll be silly and contain some jokes and stories.

He then listed the cities he was visiting, including 'a little town called Birmingham.'

The blurb for the show reads: ‘Joe Lycett is back and he is unleashed! He was leashed! Now the leash has been removed, so there is no leash! Don’t come if you love leashes! You will HATE this show if you want someone on a leash!   Expect jokes, a sprinkling of social justice, some material about being a father and a little bit about being on the Celebrity Traitors.’

Lycett has filmed the second series of the reality show alongside James Acaster, Joanne McNally, Miranda Hart, Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan – among others. It will have aired by the time he hits the road next year.

Last month Lycett donated some of his old costumes for a collection at the Museum Of Birmingham.

Advance tickets have already been released to some fans, with the shows going  on general sale at 10am on Friday.
