Rosie Jones makes another Disability Comedy Extravaganza
Streaming on YouTube now
A new episode of Rosie Jones’s Disability Comedy Extravaganza has been released by UKTV.
She and eight other comedians feature in the hour-long episode that dropped today on the broadcaster’s U&Laughs YouTube channel.
Those taking part include Harriet Dyer, who has appeared on Live at the Apollo, and Alex Mitchell and Jack Carroll, who both found fame on Britain's Got Talent.
The show was filmed at Underbelly Boulevard in Soho, London, in March by Phil McIntyre Television.
Jones said: ‘I'm thrilled to be back hosting this stand-up show where I'll be handing the spotlight over to some of the best emerging comedians on the circuit.’
Also performing are Ro Dodgson, Matthew Hayhow, Jodie Mitchell, Bobby Jethro and Jake Donalds.
The show first aired in 2022 on the Dave channel – and the previous six episodes featured the likes of Lara Ricote, Jamie MacDonald, Tim Renkow, Dan Tiernan, Josh Pugh and Marjolein Robertson – as well as another appearance from Dyer. All the old episodes are available on the streaming service U.
Earlier this month it was revealed that Jones's Channel 4 sitcom Pushers, about a woman with cerebral palsy who who resorts to dealing drugs after her disability benefits are cut, will not be returning for a second series, despite the comic being nominated for a Bafta for her performance.
