Lucia Keskin finds more things she should have done

BBC orders a third series of her sitcom

The BBC has ordered a third series of Lucia Keskin’s Things You Should Have Done

The creator will return as ‘stay at home daughter’ trying to achieve the basics of adulthood as catalogued left by her late parents, with the aid of her dysfunctional remaining family Dave (Dan Fearn), Lucas (Jamie Bisping) and grief therapist Ruth (Bridget Christie).

Keskin said: ‘Thanks BBC for making me have to get out of bed and work again. I’m very excited to work with my favourite people even more.’

Announcing the news at the BBC comedy festival in Liverpool this afternoon, the Corporation's head of comedy, Jon Petrie, said: ‘We, along with the good people of Ramsgate, never quite know what we’re going to get with Things You Should Have Done, but we know it’ll be funny, strange and completely its own thing.

‘Series three promises to be every bit as wonderfully weird, surreal and brilliant as the first two award-winning series, and we can't wait to see what Chi has to tick off her list next’

Things You Should Have Done has won RTS Television and Broadcast Digital awards,  while  Keskin won a Bafta   for emerging talent.

The recommission follows the launch of What Have You Done?, a YouTube spin-off which saw Chi and Lucas invite eight bewildered celebrities to sit on their pedalo on Ramsgate Boating Lake and discuss things they wish they'd done in their lives.

Six new episodes will be made by  Roughcut TV.
