No screaming, comedians to be told

Comedians taking part in the Halloween special of Last One Laughing will have to adhere to a new rule. 

Competitors will not only face eviction for  laughing or smiling – but screaming too.

And it’s expected that producers will have plenty of tricks to play on the comics to elicit that reaction.

The cast for Last One Laughing: Don’t Laugh, Don’t Scream has not been announced, but Jimmy Carr will be back to host.

Series two concluded on Amazon’s Prime Video earlier this month with David Mitchell crowned champion.

But it was not without controversy as a head-to-head showdown win Sam Campbell failed to produce a winner. Instead, the result was decided by a tie-break of who had caused the most laughs across the whole series.

Some viewers thought that was an ‘anticlimatic’ way to end the run.
