Comic's first

The new series of Last One Laughing will be coming with its own companion podcast.

Roisin Conaty – host Jimmy Carr’s deputy in the series – will be hosting The Last Laugh, which will be her first podcast. 

The programme will be made for Audible, the spoken word platform from Amazon, whose Prime Video streamer will be broadcasting the main show from Thursday.

In the podcast, Conaty will be speaking to guests from series two including Diane Morgan, Amy Gledhill, Maisie Adam, David Mitchell and Gbemisola Ikumelo – as well as Joe Wilkinson, Harriet Kemsley, Lou Sanders and Sara Pascoe from the first series.

And celebrity fans sharing their thoughts will include Natalie Cassidy, Emily Dean and Faitha El-Ghorri.

Conaty said: ‘It’s been a real treat for me getting to do my first podcast.  The recording experience was an absolute joy, and I absolutely loved chatting about Last One Laughing and all the behind-the-scenes shenanigans with some of the funniest people around.’

Coinciding with the reality  show’s release schedule, the first three episodes  will be available on March 19, episodes 4 and 5 on March 26 and the final episode on April 2.

The Last Laugh: The Last One Laughing Podcast will be available on Audible as well as other podcast platforms.
