Frank Skinner to record his 30 Years Of Dirt
Stand-up special will get a TV airing
Frank Skinner is to record his last show, 30 Years Of Dirt, as a stand-up special.
He is reviving the show for two performances to be recorded at London’s Soho Theatre Walthamstow on April 25, before retiring it for good.
Skinner said: ‘There’s always something exciting about recording a live show, something my grandkids can watch, if I have any, and if they are sufficiently broad-minded.’
The show will be broadcast at a later date – though no channel not timing has yet been announced.
Skinner premiered the show at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe and it went on to play 85 dates across the UK, including three West End runs.
The show looked backed on his career, celebrating his smutty stories and recounting some of the comic’s celebrity encounters over the year. Read our review of the show here.
It has also been announced that Al Murray will be recording his show, All You Need Is Guv at the same venue the following day.
Tickets for all the shows will go on general sale at 10am on Friday.
