Monday February 16
SALFORD: Comic musical Operation Mincemeat starts its UK tour at the Lowry, the venue which hosted its first ever scratch performance in 2017. The show, which has been a hit in the West End and Broadway, tells the real-life story of how a corpse was used to trick the Germans in World War II. The production will then visit 30 more venues across the year.
LONDON: Expectations are set low with a night at Chelsea's swanky Cadogan Hall called 'Hopefully A Few Laughs'. But with a bill that boasts Lou Sanders, Sarah Keyworth, Stuart Laws, Elis James, Harriet Kemsley, Ivo Graham and Jin Hao Li – a lot of laughs seems pretty much guaranteed. Tickets.

INVERNESS: Ray Bradshaw's new tour – about growing up as a child of deaf adults, or a 'Coda' in the lingo – starts at the Eden Court Theatre. In the show he talks about growing up in a house where sign language is the first language – such as watching his dad shut his eyes to win any argument or beating his in-laws when they suggested playing charades.
