Inspired by the abuse she gets as a trans comic
Jordan Gray has announced a UK tour of her second stand-up show, Is That A C*ck In Your Pocket Or Are You Just Here To Kill Me?
The show is inspired by the online abuse she gets as a trans comic – especially after she stripped naked on Friday Night Live in 2022. However her performance helped the show win the Bafta for best comedy entertainment programme.
She said: ‘People are putting a lot of pressure on my big return. Now I know what it feels like to be Jesus - right down to the beard and the dress.’
Her debut Is It A Bird? was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award and was broadcast on Channel 4 as TV special earlier this year.
The new tour runs from February 5 in Brighton to March 27 in Southend and goes on general sale at 10am Friday, with early sales from Wednesday.
