Radio Wales's topical panel show returns

Topical panel show What Just Happened? is to returns to BBC Radio Wales for a third series this autumn.

Robin Morgan returns as host with Kiri Pritchard-McLean as resident panellist in the four-part series, which will be recorded at different venues around Wales.

Morgan, who also co-created the series, said: ‘We’re back! And with perfect timing - just a few months before the biggest Welsh election of all time, we’re bringing the best comedians Cymru has to offer to skewer those in charge.

‘Who knows what will happen by October? Will Eluned Morgan still be in charge in the Senedd? Will Robin Morgan (no relation) still be in charge of What Just Happened? You’ll have to tune in to find out.’

The next Senedd election will be in May.

Co-creator Henry Widdicombe added: ‘We’re thrilled to bring back what now feels like Wales’ established comedy panel show, and continue to showcase the best comedy talent in Wales.’

• September 24 in Milford Haven Torch Theatre
• October 1 in Aberystwyth Arts Centre
• October 8 in Monmouth Savoy Theatre
• October 15 in Cardiff Chapter Arts Centre

The episodes will air on BBC Radio Wales and BBC Sounds the following day.
