Mortimer & Whitehouse star on the quest for a missing briefcase

Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing producer Lisa Clark has written a second book in the guise of the show’s third star, Ted The Dog.

Pup Fiction will be out next month and follows the success of his 2024  ‘pawtobiography’ which exposed ‘what it's like working alongside two national treasures and what really happens when the cameras stop rolling’.

The new book involves the Patterdale terrier going on a ‘life-changing European adventure’ to recover his lost briefcase and will be released by Ebury Spotlight om September 25.

It has also been announced that Diane Morgan and Arabella Weir will join Bob Mortimer to narrate the audiobook of his upcoming novel, The Long Shoe.

The title, which will be published by Gallery Books UK on October 9, follows the success of his previous work The Satsuma Complex and The Hotel Avocado.
