CONVERSATIONS FROM A LONG MARRIAGE: Joanna Lumley and Roger Allam return for a sixth series of intimate comedic peaks inside a well-established relationship. n the first episode, Joanna returns home after three months away, still trying to come to terms with the fact that Roger has an adult son from a brief fling in the 70s. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?: Aisling Bea delves into her family history in the latest edition of the genealogy show. She says: ' I was brought up pretty much exclusively by women-a big gang of very vocal alpha females. My grandmother was this really formidable pillar who led farmer protests on horseback and was even one of the first woman in the town to wear trousers! And my Mam was also one of the only two professional female flat race jockeys when I was a kid, so I really wanted to know where this spirit came from' BBC One, 9pm
KYRAH GRAY: GAGGING FOR IT: Sky's backed this new dating format where comedian Kyrah Gray helps funny people find love with those who say a sense of humour is the most attractive quality in a partner. She says ‘We have created a funny and entertaining dating format that showcases my sense of humour and taps into my ethos for finding love – "It doesn’t matter if you’re not fine, you just better be funny!"’. The series drops online today.

RACHEL FAIRBURN: SHOWGIRL: Comedy label 800 Pound Gorilla, release the comic's last tour – as recorded in Blackpool – under a 'pick your price' model before distributing it for free from June 4. In the show she reflects on 'her journey into comedy, the trials of being a working-class comedian in a world obsessed with Oliver Bonas, and her sieve-like relationship with money', as well as how her OCD makes houseguests a personal nightmare and her shyness made her comedy career an unlikely twist.
Thursday May 22
THE Horne Section TV SHOW: Straight after this week's edition of Taskmaster comes the return of the sitcom written by and starring Alex Horne and his band with a double bill. The bandleader is determined to prove that he's a credible musician, despite the presence of Reggie Watts threatening to overshadow him. Meanwhile, in the first episode Channel 4 exec Ash (Georgia Tennant) commissions a new programme, the World's Strongest Musician, which she decides to film in Horne's house alongside the existing show. THE Matt Forde FOCUS GROUP: The political comedian launches his first series for Radio 4. It features a panel of politicians, comedians and experts examining topical issues with the comedian promising 'an antidote to hearing the same old voices having the same old arguments'. It follows the success of Forde’s Political Party podcast which he has hosted since 2013. BBC Radio 4, 6.30pm

Saturday May 24
MON ONCLE: The most acclaimed film from French comedy hero Jacques Tati – winner of an Oscar in 1958 – was the second to feature his socially awkward yet lovable alter-ego, Monsieur Hulot, grappling with modern life and consumerism (or at least the late 1950s version of modern life).
