BBC Two picks up the bill for another series of I'll Get This
Celebrity game show to return
BBC Two has ordered a second series of its celebrity game show I’ll Get This.
In the show five famous faces go out for dinner together and all place their bank card in the centre of the table.
As the food is served, they play a series of revealing games – and if they win, they can retrieve their card. At the end of the meal, the last celebrity standing must pick up the tab.
Comedians who took part in the first series last year included Ed Gamble, Ellie Taylor, Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe.
Kate Phillips, the BBC’s controller of entertainment commissioning said: ‘I’ll Get This is a refreshing new take on the panel show format and I‘m looking forward to even more helpings of our dinner party with a twist.’
Six new half-hour shows have been ordered – a Christmas special plus five shows for 2020.
