Sara Pascoe and Omid Djalili to sing for the stars

Comics take part in All Together Now

Omid Djalili and Sara Pascoe are to take part in a celebrity version of BBC One singing show All Together Now. 

The comics will be trying to impress the 100-strong panel, headed by Geri Horner, with their singing talents in a festive edition of the show, hosted by Rob Beckett.

Last year, Pascoe performed Chandelier by Sia on Let's Sing and Dance for Comic Relief:

Other famous faces in All Together Now Celebrities include Outnumbed and Cuckoo star Tyger Drew-Honey, football commentator  Chris Kamara and reality TV personality Gemma Collins.

The line-up of the Christmas editions of many of the BBC’s comedy-entertainment shows were also confirmed today.

James Acaster and Sian Gibson will appear in a festive edition of Would I Lie to You? also featuring  Lily Allen and Noddy Holder alongside team captains David Mitchell and Lee Mack and hostRob Brydon.

• QI will feature Cariad Lloyd, Josh Widdicombe and Noel Fielding joining Sandi Toksvig and Alan Davies.

• Live At The Apollo will star Sarah Millican introducing  Ahir Shah, Laura Lexx  her husband, Gary Delaney.

• A festive edition of Mock The Week will feature highlights and outtakes from the year’s shows.

• As Chortle reported last weekFrankie Boyle’s New World Order is also getting an end-of-year special.

• And Michael McIntyre has taped  aChristmas edition of his Big Show.
