Russell Howard is to join a raft of fellow comedians to try out a series of activities said to prolong life.

The experiments will provide a new stand in The Russell Howard Hour, which returns to Sky One on Thursday November 8.

Among the activities, he will be trying:

The first series of The Russell Howard Hour, which launched last September was Sky One’s most successful new entertainment series since 2010, launching with 235,000 viewers. And clips from the show racked up millions of views online.

In the first series, Howard interviewed the likes of Ed Sheeran, John Oliver, Naomi Klein, Jamie Oliver and Diane Abbot.
