ROAST BATTLE: The new series of the insult-slinging showdowns is stripped across Comedy Central this week, with a new episode at 10pm every night. Jimmy Carr again hosts with Katherine Ryan and Jonathan Ross as judges.  Tonight it’s  Ivo Graham Vs Fern Brady and Tom Rosenthal Vs Chris Ramsey; then tomorrow Alfie Brown Vs his ex Jessie Cave and Daniel Sloss Vs Phil Wang. Wednesday it’s real-life couple Catherine Bohart Vs Sarah Keyworth and Mark Watson Vs Andrew Maxwell. Thursday is Stephen Bailey Vs Darren Harriott and Angela Barnes Vs Matt Richardson; and finally Friday is Rose Matafeo Vs Naz Osmanoglu and a clash of the disabled comedians in Alex Brooker Vs Rosie Jones.

THE MUSEUM OF CURIOSITY:  John Lloyd returns for a new series of the panel show, with Lee Mack joining as guest curator. Comic Lucy Beaumont is a guest on today’s episode alongside scientist Dr Kat Arney and poet Benjamin Zephaniah. Radio 4, 6.30pm

KEN CHENG: CHINESE COMEDIAN: The former BBC New Comedy Award finalist and Dave Joke Of The Fringe winner Ken Cheng launches the first of four quarter-hour stand-up shows by examining attitudes towards education.
