Series expanded from six episodes to eight

Michael McIntyre's Big Show is to return to BBC One this autumn, with its run extended to eight episodes.

The past three seasons have run to six episodes each.

Series three, which was broadcast in November and December, was the most successful series yet, attracting an average of 6.9 million viewers.

The series – which McIntyre says ‘will be our most ambitious yet’ –  will again be recorded in front of a live audience at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane.

Producers are looking for viewers to suggest talented singers or musicians who could be the next Unexpected Star Of The Show, or contestants for the Midnight Gameshow. Contact casting@hungrybear.tv for more information.
