SOPHIE WILLAN’S GUIDE TO NORMALITY: Following her Edinburgh comedy award nomination last year, Sophie WIllian starts her debut stand-up series, in which she challenges the idea of the ‘perfect normal life'. In episode one, she explores monogamous relationships and how ‘normal’ they really are. Radio 4, 11pm.

YOUR FACE OR MINE: It’s one of those shows which seems to be on all the time, but Jimmy Carr and Katherine Ryan return for a third series tonight. And a load of reality stars will be appearing over the run, including Love Island’s Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood; Geordie Shore’s Marnie Simpson and Casey Johnson; Strictly stars Ola and James Jordan, and Towie’s Yazmin Oukhellou and James Lock.
