Paul Merton records comedy play for Radio 4

My Obsession written by his wife Suki Webster

Paul Merton is recording a version of his 2014 Edinburgh Fringe play My Obsession for Radio 4.

The Just A Minute regular plays a stand-up comic called Danny Heywood in the comedy-drama, which was written by his wife, Suki Webster.

He wakes up in his hotel room in the middle of the night to find that he has been joined by an obsessive fan. Webster, an improviser with the Comedy Store Players.

The half-hour play is being recorded in front of a studio audience in London on February 9 for future broadcast. Click here for tickets.
