But police still seek man seen at venue

Bill Bailey's stolen tour bus has been found.

The Mercedes Sprinter was taken from outside Liverpool Philharmonic Hall on October 26, as the crew prepared for the comedian's gig that night.

Police say a vehicle discovered in the Tuebrook area of the city three days later has now been identified as the stolen vehicle. It was said to have been given false number plates.

Bailey tweeted his 'huge thanks' to the police, media and the 'good people of Liverpool' for their help.

A laptop, several bags and suitcases belonging to the crew remain missing, and Merseyside Police continue their search for a man pictured in CCTV images from the venue.
