Meet BoJack Horseman

New animated comedy for Netflix

Netflix has revealed its first footage from BoJack Horseman – a new animated sitcom featuring a wealth of US comedy talent.

Arrested Development star Will Arnett plays the title role, a talking horse who was a sitcom star in the 1990s but is now a washed-up drunk.

Now he is trying to make a comeback with his human friend Todd, played by Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul, and his feline agent and ex-lover Princess Caroline (Amy Sedaris).

The cast also includes Paul F. Tompkins as Mr. Peanutbutter, a golden retriever, and Community's Alison Brie.

Other characters in the show include the reptilian producer Lenny Turteltaub, film director Quentin Tarantulino, and Neal McBeal, a Navy seal.

All 12 episodes of the animated comedy, created by comedian Raphael Bob-Waksberg, will be released on Netflix from 8.01am UK time on August 22.
