TV: Chickens, the comedy about three young men who avoided fighting in the First World War– played by Simon Bird, Joe Thomas and Jonny Sweet – comes to Channel 4 following its initial Channel 4 pilot two years ago. It’s available to Sky On Demand viewers today, before it hits screens on the 22nd.

TV: David Walliams’s new sitcom Big School – which he both stars in, as a lovelorn chemistry teacher, and co-wrote with The Dawson Brothers – starts on BBC One next month, with an ensemble cast including Catherine Tate, Philip Glenister, Frances de la Tour, Joanna Scanlan and Daniel Rigby.
