Scrubs star to tour UK

'Ted' comes with his band

Scrubs star Sam Lloyd is to tour the UK with his sketch and a cappella group The Blanks.

Lloyd played depressed hospital lawyer Ted Buckland in the long-running sitcom, often alongside the band often, called The Worthless Peons on the show. They specialised in TV theme tunes and advertising jingles, and played at Turk and Carla’s wedding.

Live, they perform songs from Scrubs, as well as versions of hits such as Outkast’s Hey Ya! and Taio Cruz's Dynamite, Earlier this year, they performed this medley on Radio One’s Scott Mills Show:

They are performing 10 dates in the UK, and one in Dublin in February –the biggest being the Shepherds Bush Empire in London on February 12. Dates
