Frankie Boyle announces arena dates

...as four more comedy tours unveiled

Frankie Boyle has announced another 11 dates in his farewell tour – most of them in arenas.

The extra nights of his charmingly titled I Would Happily Punch Every One Of You In The Face tour kick off at the Plymouth Pavilions on December 2 and end at the Newcastle Metro Radio Arena on the 15th.

As well as three more dates at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, new appointments in Glasgow, Manchester, Aberdeen, Sheffield, Birmingham and Liverpool have been added.

Tickets go on sale from tomorrow – click here for Boyle's full tour schedule.

The controversial comic, whose Channel 4 series Tramadol Nights launches in November, said he wanted to quit stand-up before he turned 40 as he was ‘not a performance junkie’.

The new dates were revealed after four more autumn and spring comedy tours were announced yesterday, swelling what already looks like a record time for live comedy.

Frisky & Mannish, Jarred Christmas and Rob Deering are all going on the road before Christmas, with Andi Osho revealing 23 dates after the new year.
