12,000 Gervais books go missing

More than 12,000 copies of Ricky Gervais’s Flanimals pop-up book have gone missing.

Police are investigating the disappearance of the consignment, which was en route to a warehouse in Indiana from the overseas plant where they were printed.

Gervais issued a statement saying: ‘This is obviously a misguided Flanimal Rights Group or an organized gang of eight-year-olds. Just like the books, the thieves will fold under questioning.’rn
