Barr comes to London

West End debut in October

Roseanne Barr is to make her London stand-up debut in October.

The comic will be part of a comedy line-up launching the West End’s Leicester Square Theatre which also includes Joan Rivers, Russell Howard, Reginald D Hunter and Doug Stanhope.

The opening events, marketed as the Big Joke Comedy Festival, will run from August 29 to November 2.

The theatre, previously known as The Venue, has a refurbished 400-seat main room and a 90-seat studio space.

Barr, who previously performed at the 2006 Leicester Comedy Festival, plays on October 21 and 22. Click here to buy tickets.
