Peep Show team embark on their film

Shooting starts next Sunday on the first movie from the team behind Peep Show.

Robert Webb and David Mitchell star in Magicians, about two illusionists who have feuded since their double act ended in disaster.

The story was created by Peep Show writers Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain and the film will be directed by Andrew O’Connor.

Juliet Stevenson and Peter Capaldi are also in the cast.

Universal Pictures and Intermedia are co-producing the show, which has distribution deals for Britain , Germany, Benelux, Australia and New Zealand.

After filming, Mitchell and Webb will tour the UK, starting in Brighton on October 19. Click here for dates.
