We shot Lulu

Singer hurt on comedy set

Singer Lulu has been injured on the set of the latest French and Saunders series.

The star was hurt after the comics pretended to shoot her in a spoof of Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction, movie website IMDB reports.

Lulu said: "It all went slightly wrong in rehearsal.

“I was bleeding and had to go to hospital and have stitches. I still have the scars."

The horrified comic duo sent Lulu a gift to apologise – a piece of silver jewellery with the words “We shot Lulu” engraved on the front and “Sorry” on the back.
