Big (and Daft) break

Trio land radio show

Big and Daft have landed a comedy show on BBC London radio.

The comedy trio - who were on the verge of splitting up after this year's
Edinburgh show - have been given two Saturday morning slots.

If successful, it is rumoured they could be commissioned for regular show, which would salvage the team,

The station, under previous incarnations, has previously provided a springboard for comedy talents including Chris Morris, Chris Evans and The Boosh.

The first show from the Big And Daft trio of Ian Boldsworth, Rob Rouse and Jon Williams went out this weekend, and the second can be heard on 94.9FM from 11am to 2pm this Saturday (29)
