Perrier judge sought

Punter needed to join panel

The hunt is on to find a comedy fan to become a Perrier Award judge.

London listings magazine Time Out has launched its hunt for a punter to join the panel of comedy's most prestigious award.

The winner will need plenty of stamina, as they will have to see scores of shows on the Edinburgh Fringe.

Travel and accommodation is provided, but you have to be free from August 8 to 25.

Write to comedy editor Malcolm Hay at Time Out, Universal House, 251 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AB to say why you should be a judge.

Nobody connected with the comedy industry can apply, and more details are available in this week's magazine.

Another comedy punter will join the panel, chosen in a similar competition among Scot FM listeners.
