Rhys Nicholson films stand-up special

Ahead of their appearance on The Traitors Australia

Rhys Nicholson is filming a comedy special in Melbourne on Friday.

It is adapted from the Australian stand-up’s last tour show Rhys! Rhys! Rhys! and is produced by Ronny Chieng and James Acaster.

Nicholson said: ‘We are doing our absolute darnedest to make this a very special special to be broadcast on TV, or a streamer or whatever we’ll be doing in a couple months. Microchips?

‘Whatever happens, one thing’s for sure, it will inevitably be sliced up into tiny reels for you to watch while you’re going to the toilet.’

The show will be taped at the ABC studios in Melbourne.

Nicholson will also appear in the upcoming season of The Traitors Australia, airing on Channel 10 down under in August.
