Weekend Update with Michael Che and Colin Jost

Donald Trump says God is ‘very proud’ of him. Not a satirical headline, but just another week in cuckoo America, mocked by SNL’s Weekend Update last night.

Anchors Colin Jost and Michael Che also discussed other news, like Trump inviting Russia and Saudi Arabia to join his Board of Peace.

The whack-a-doodle White House provided plenty of fodder, as usual, although  one commentator on YouTube perhaps summed up the national mood when he wrote: ‘I can’t even laugh about it anymore, I am exhausted, horrified and pissed off.’
