JJ Whitehead at Chortle's Fast Fringe

'Something sweet and something salty'

JJ Whitehead recalls how his parents watched a filthy stand-up routine when they came to see him at a comedy club... and how it went completely over their heads.

The Canadian comedian promised 'something sweet and something salty' at his appearance on Chortle's Fast Fringe, and also spoke about some anti-vaxxer idiocy.

His Edinburgh stand-up show, White Noise, is on at The Stand's New Town Theatre at 4.20pm

Chortle is presenting Fast Fringe at Pleasance Dome at 7pm, featuring 12 top comedy and variety acts plus a top compere – and with a different line-up each day. Tickets here.

It was filmed by NextUp,  which will be livestreaming more than 40 shows this Fringe. Sign up here: https://chortl.es/JoinNextUp
